Both clump the same and neither carries fragrance. Activated Carbon adds coconut shell carbon, which boosts absorption and takes on the strongest odors: worth it in small spaces or with more than one cat at home.
An even layer of 6 to 7 cm. With less, the clumps reach the bottom of the box and are hard to lift out whole.
If you scoop the clumps daily and top up what you took out, the box holds. A full change only when it's needed.
Bentonite: a natural mineral clay extracted from our own deposits in Zapala, Neuquén. It is a sodium, calcium and magnesium aluminosilicate, with a grain size of 0.5 to 1 mm.
They are two brands of Andacollo S.A. and they come from the same deposits. is the one you'll find in pet shops; Monkcat is the one you'll find in the supermarket. That's why the pack carries the by Stonecat.
